Absolutely! If your stylist cancels your appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance your deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment on file.

You can use the same deposit to reschedule your appointment as long as you try to reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment within 30 days (from the day of rescheduling)

Unfortunately, we only accept deposit deposits through card payment

(with the exemption of flat rate Wednesdays)

Balance is preferable in CASH but you can pay with your card, with an additional fee of $9

A Ganza stylist is an employee of Hairleganza Beauty Bar while an independent stylist makes their schedule, and has control of their booking policy etc
